“Rages to Riches” is about transformation, how fragments can combine to become a new whole, just as our life experiences change who we are. White silk samples were dyed and machine embroidered to warp-painted hand-woven cloth to celebrate freedom of movement, hidden layers of color and the importance of clothing in non-verbal communication.
