As you might imagine, flowers are a great source of inspiration for me. Many cycles of my life have been, and are, centered around them.
The cycles of a flower’s life from root to stem to bud and finally to a beautiful flower; it’s hard to think of anything more perfect in nature.
May the cycles of my life always include flowers. They have the vivid colors I enjoy. They have texture, and the varieties are endless. They are truly food for the soul. My aim is to portray the feelings they give me with brush strokes on canvas – vivid colors not to be exactly copied, but portrayed through an impression.
May life continue to be colorful, spontaneous and beautiful.
