There are many parallels between man and nature that encompass circles and cycles. My piece is about life circles and cycles, humans and nature.

Human life beings with a sperm and egg uniting; trees begin with a seed being planted. A circle has no beginning and no end. Life goes on generation after generation.

In life there are cycles and seasons. Humans and trees both learn to maintain life through catastrophic conditions such as hurricanes, earthquakes, volcanoes and disease. If they have a good foundation and strong roots they will survive threes cycles.

My piece explores nature and looks at women through generations.
